not include drinks. (Dinner plans on other nights are up to you.)
How do I get to the Hotel Arena?
Directions: Hotel Arena lies next to the Oosterpark on the corner of the Mauritskade and the 's-Gravesandestraat. The entrance of the complex is situated on the 's-Gravesandestraat 51

Who's coming? This is the final list:
Do I have to give a presentation? No...but you really should. This will be a small group of very nice and smart people. Your contribution will be important.
Where should I stay? The Hotel Arena, where our meetings will be, has some nice looking rooms. Reviews at Channels and at TripAdvisor are mixed, however. Hotels.nl has plenty of options. I've stayed cheaply at the budget Hotel Asterisk, which is about a 20 minute walk from Hotel Arena, and has rooms for as little as 45 Euros. The Kap Hotel is on the same street as the Asterisk and is also really cheap.
Where do I find ... in Amsterdam? Check Channels.nl. Start in the "A-Z" section.
The Hotel Arena website doesn't work. No, it doesn't. (What was the question?) Here's the contact information for their reservation desk (although I think the hotel's full that weekend):
