Macromedia.com redesign report
This is quite interesting, and well worth reading, even if you haven't looked at Macromedia.com's recent redesign.
The Macromedia.com Progress Report: Beta 1 discusses the sucess and failure of some specific site navigation ideas, content presentation, and personalization functions. The report gives specifics where you often don't see them: changes in registrations and navigation after the redesign, even some notes about the technical architecture's performance.

I admire macromedia for making that information readily available to the public.
