Thanks

I've gotten some good feedback on my B&A article. Thanks, especially to Niels, who gave me great feedback and comments (in his third language, jeez).

What would be a good "part 2" for the "Programming for IAs" article?

Also today: I found a copy of Nardi's "Information Ecologies" for three bucks! (Austin readers, there's another copy at the 1/2 Price Books on Guad in the Popular Science section.)

One thing i find clients don't grasp the significance of is changing a single attribute to multiple of the same. In a database the former would just be another field, but the latter would be a related table, which is much more complicated than simply adding another field to the same table.

So, without getting into specifics, discuss this sort of thing -- how some simple requests are simple, but others a factor more complicated.
