Designboom Aerobics
I was reading through designboom for the first time today. What a nice site, with tons of interesting interviews.
But the most interesting part for me is their Design Aerobics section. Design Aerobics is a series of $60 online "courses" meant as a sort of slightly formal class for working designers. Check out the syllabus for the current course on "transformer chairs" (all the courses so far seem to be furniture-design courses).
I want to do "design aerobics" for interaction design. What would be some good classes to offer? Redesigning email? Visualizing heirarchies? Zooming interfaces?

visualizing hierarchical info would be good, but probably more of an advanced topic. Maybe the intro course could be something like: rework one small part of an commonly used application: the browser's history, or keyword search in email...
