Software business models for Basecamp
There’s an amazing post the other day at Signal vs. Noise” called Brainstorming new business models for small software companies. It’s remarkable not only because of its premise—openly considering new business model ideas for the Basecamp application based on some very specific requests from big customers—but also for the extensive and insightful reader comments about products, customers, business models, and consequences.
