An open letter to American Airlines questioning a rather shocking and arbitrary, although not entirely surprising, “security policy.”
I think it was three of the non-US participants at Design Engaged told me they probably wouldn’t have attended had I held it in the US, specifically because of their fears of treatment like that described in Doctorow’s letter.
