Pileup, a trashy widget

I’ve made a real version of one of the Dashboard widgets I described the other day. “Pileup” is a simple visualization of the amount of trash you’ve got in Trash, using a one-line AppleScript and some images. (Actually, it only shows a maximum of ten things in the Trash, although it might be more fun if it just kept growing.)

Download Pileup (245k .zip)

It’s interaction-free: no preferences, back side, or info button. Just have a glance at it when you’ve got a few files in the Trash. It’s meant to sit at the bottom of the screen to encourage the illusion of a pile o’ crap building up, and it’ll slide up when the Dashboard panel is opened.
