Rettig on Experience Design

Mark Rettig and Aradhana Goel’s “Desiging for Experience” (.pdf) is too good to just bookmark in del.icio.us. A 128-page presentation with two extraordinarily detailed experience design case studies does not come along every day. Diagrams and prototypes galore await, reader.

I hadn’t heard of Maya Design before, but they sure seem like smart folks. Oddly enough, I’ve been enjoying their really lovely design cards Dashboard widget, and I’d been wondering why in the world the software company Alias—who make this Maya—put it out.
